We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room and toilet were clean and looked quite new. The location was perfect, as it was near the pier we needed and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby. This made it easy for us to find places to eat and get any necessities we needed. the hotel provided excellent service and had convenient facilities.

The location of the hotel was convenient for those planning to visit nearby islands. the close proximity to the pier made it easy to catch a boat for trips to Koh Samed island. there were restaurants and 7-Elevens nearby, providing guests with plenty of options for dining and amenities.

Some guests mentioned that the breakfast options were not included in the room price, adding additional expenses to their stay.

The receptionist seemed bothered and in a hurry, not welcoming at all. The loud music until midnight and constant noise from dogs and people kept us awake all night.

The New Year vacation was fantastic! the hotel location was perfect; it allowed me to easily access the nearby restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. I loved the comfortable bed and the beautiful outside bar and garden, which provided an ideal relaxation spot to enjoy the evening drinks under the moonlight.

Our room faced the bar, and the loud music from the bar disturbed our sleep. the American breakfast was highly unimpressive, and different from the photo on the menu.
